Low Carb Ketchup
This low carb
ketchup recipe is the sugar free sauce you've been needing in your life,
to make all your low carb meals THAT much better!
Ingredients
- 6 Ounce Can Tomato Paste
- 1 Cup Water
- 1/2 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1/4 Cup Erythritol powdered
- 1 Teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 2 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Teaspoon Pepper
Instructions
- Toss all ingredients in a bowl and mix until combined. (you can also do this in a blender!)
- Store in the fridge, and enjoy!
Notes
- Nutritional Information is based on a serving size of 2 Tablespoons. This recipe makes about 40 tablespoons of ketchup, so 2 tablespoons would give you 20 servings.
- How to cut some carbs: You can use less tomato concentrate — the taste wont be as delicious, but it's an option!
