This Purple drink will win your heart to the life side of MCT because it's good. When I first started Keto, I thought MCT oil was just a snake, a hoax. As a result of making this Copycat Starbucks Drink Purple, I was really won. MCT oil is tasteless but once you touch your system, you will feel like you are drinking rocket fuel.

I have never tried the Starbucks version of "Purple Drinks" or "Pink Drinks". Because the closest Starbucks is an hour's drive, I don't often do Starbucks. What is MCT oil?

How does MCT oil taste?

Mct oil is odorless, tastes very tasty because it is easily added to drinks in this way. You can buy scented MCT oil powder, but I suggest when you start to stick with the truth.

How do I take MCT oil?

There are many ways you can take MCT oil, putting it in a drink is probably the easiest. Add it to tea or coffee to add energy. It comes in powder form, gel capsule and in liquid form. My favorite MCT oil is available in Gel Capsules for easy packaging to and from the office with me.

Which MCT oil is the best?

INGREDIENTS

• 4 oz Boiling water
• 2 oz Ice
• 1 TBS of MCT oil
• 60 ML Coconut Almond Milk
• 1 Tazo Passion Fruit Tea bag
• 1 OZ Sugar Free vanilla syrup

INSTRUCTIONS

Bring the water to a boil and steep the hot water for about 5 minutes.

remove the tea bag and add the ice.

Add the sugar free syrup, MCT oil and Coconut Milk and stir.

Add more ice if you want your drink to be colder, I use a straw.
