CARAMEL BROWNIE RECIPE

If you are a lover of chocolate or caramel, you will faint because of these fudge caramel brownies! They are the perfect combination of both flavors and have the best soft and supple texture. BROWNIES CARAMEL
This caramel brownie recipe is in oldie but goodie! It starts with a box of mixed brownies, making it very easy to prepare. The secret is to mix extra chocolate chips and then add a layer of caramel in between. Plus, I like the perfect touch added with sweetened condensed milk. Yum!

It's a family tradition to make snacks on Sundays and these caramel brownies appear quite often. They are fast, easy and taste amazing. They are super rich and fudgy, with sticky caramel out. And they are filled with chocolate chips, making each bite perfect. These caramel brownies are perfect for chocolate lovers!

MATERIALS FOR BROWNIES FUDGE CARAMEL
What makes this recipe for caramel brownies so easy is that you only need to prepare a box of mixed fudge brownies. Chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk and caramel add a perfect dimension and bring these caramel fudge brownies to the top. Very rich and decadent!

Brownie fudge mix box: I use Duncan Hines, but don't hesitate to use the option package.
Vegetable oil: This helps make the brownies super moist and soft.
Eggs: You will need 2 large eggs for this recipe for caramel brownies.
Sweetened condensed milk: Don't miss this! This gives perfect sweet brownies.
Chocolate chips: The more chocolate, the better! :)
Caramel: You can use caramel or caramel wrapped.

HOW TO MAKE A BROWNIES CARAMEL FROM THE BOX

Heat the oven and spray the pan. Preheat the oven to 350 ° F and line the pan 9 × 9 with foil. Spray the foil with a non-stick spray and set it aside.
Mix with ingredients (except caramel). In a large bowl, mix a mixture of brownies, water, vegetable oil and eggs. Then mix in 1/4 cup of sweetened condensed milk and chocolate chips.
Make caramel mixture. Mix caramel and 1/4 cup of sweetened condensed milk in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave for one minute. Stir and add another 15-30 seconds if necessary.
Collect brownies. Pour half the mixture into the pan, then pour the caramel on top. Add the remaining mixture on top of the caramel and spread evenly.
Burn. Bake the brownies for about 25-35 minutes, until the toothpicks come out clean.
Let it cool, cut, and enjoy! Remove the pan from the oven and let it cool. Then remove the foil and caramel brownies from the pan to cut them easily.

INGREDIENTS

• 18 ounce fudge brownie mix package, I used Duncan Hines
• 1/4 cup of water
• 1/2 vegetable oil cup
• 2 large eggs
• 1/2 cup of sweetened condensed milk, divided
• 1 cup of chocolate chips
• 11 ounces of caramel bits, or wrapped caramels

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 350 ° F. Line a 9 × 9 pan with foil and spray with nonstick spray. 

Set aside.

In a large bowl, combine the fudge brownie mix, water, vegetable oil and eggs. 

Then mix in 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk and chocolate chips.

Next, combine your caramels and 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk in a microwave safe bowl. 

Microwave for one minute. Stir and add another 15-30 seconds if needed.

Pour is half of the batter into the pan. Then pour the caramel over top. 

Add the remaining batter to the top of the caramel and spread out evenly.

Bake the brownies for approximately 25-35 minutes, or until a toothpick comes clean.

Remove pan from oven and allow to cool. Then the lift foil and brownies out of the pan for easy cutting.
