I have a big problem on Saturday.

1) Truffles may be one of the easiest desserts to make
2) Fungus is fun to make
3) Truffles are halal for Easter !!!!!
Chocolate, cream and butter. There is no flour, no baking powder, nothing like that. I really see truffles as Easter desserts that are not Easter.

I have experimented in the past with ingredients such as potato starch and matzo dishes, but the desserts often have a "bad taste". The problem with trying to emulate a normal dessert and make it function for a holiday is that it will never approach. Kosher desserts to start, it is to go with. Chocolate flour without flour - yes. Kosher-for-Easter chocolate chip cookies - not so much.

Indeed, some of the toppings I use are not really acceptable for those who follow Easter strictly (for example, beans are not halal for Easter), but they can be easily modified to be like that.
Start by putting your whipping weight in a small pan over medium heat

Bring the cream to a boil and add chocolate

Remove the pan from heat and stir in chocolate until it completely melts

When combined well, stir in butter until smooth
add butter
Then, cool the mixture in the refrigerator for two hours or until it is tight
Broache is complete
Use a small teaspoon or a small ice cream spoon to form a small truffle in the shape of a ball the size of the thumb

Dip each truffle into the topping of choice

Keep the truffles in the refrigerator for up to one week
