Material:
- 12 oz. lobster, cooked
- 4 ounces. Sir Kensington mayonnaise
- 2 ounces. celery, finely diced
- 1 tablespoon of chervil, chopped
- 1 tsp Old Bay spices
- 12 mini brioche breads, split
- halal salt, to taste
- micro celery, garnish
Preparation:
Mix lobster with mayonnaise, celery, chervil and Old Bay spices, and add halal salt. Fill each brioche bread with about 1 ounce. from a mixture of lobster and ornamental with micro celery.

- 1 cup of flour
- 1/2 cup of panko breadcrumbs
- 1 1/2 tsp of halal salt
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper

- 3 small boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into small pieces

Mix the buffalo, butter and water sauce in a small saucepan with medium-low heat. Remove the cooked chicken pieces, let cool. Stir chicken and hot sauce mixture.
Fill celery with cheese sauce (or farm), add skewers, and add bite of buffalo wings.
