Grain Free Everything Dough (Dairy Free)

Tired of making variations of the dough for baking? Finally, Everything Free Grain Dough is gluten free, milk free, grain free, and versatile! It's perfect for making pizza, cinnamon buns, pita bread, empanadas, bread sticks, and more. I will show you exactly what you need to make this easy and delicious dough!

This recipe is slightly modified from my Crust Pizza Free Gluten Recipe. I cut the recipe in half and perfect the texture so that it can also be rolled to make empanadas, cinnamon rolls, etc.

How to Make Everything Dough Free Items:
You will need:
Boiled almond flour, this is finely ground and good for baking
tapioca flour, I use this one organic
Potato flour, this one is also organic
xanthan gum, which is free of grains, no corn
salt, I like to buy this in large quantities for baking
egg white, from 1 large egg
light olive oil or organic shortening
warm water
honey
active dry yeast, be sure to store yeast in a closed container in the refrigerator
These dough made with boiled almond flour, organic tapioca flour and organic potato flour by Anthony Goods, are all gluten-free. This is my favorite flour-free brand.

This recipe uses yeast and xanthan gum to ensure the right texture. The texture of the dough feels very similar to gluten dough.

The pizza came out great, the pita bread was amazing, the empanadas were amazing and the cinnamon rolls had a very good texture.

You can even make these grains free of all the previous dough and only launch it on the day you make the cake. Can be stored for several days in the refrigerator.

I use xanthan gum in this recipe to improve texture, Authentic Foods Xanthan Gum is free of corn and seeds.
