Delicious Best Dessert Blueberry Cobbler

BLOBBY KOBLER

Blueberry cobbler is a warm and sweet dessert recipe that only takes a few minutes to prepare and will satisfy every wish you have ever had; that's just good! This recipe is an adaptation of my very popular Peach Cobbler recipe and both recipes can be made with fresh or frozen fruit!

RAW MATERIALS IN BLUEBERRY COBBLER:
Blueberries: You can use fresh or frozen blueberries for this cobbler's recipe.

Sugar: A little sugar mixed with blueberries will help make a sauce from blueberries when baking.
Lemon Zest: A touch of lemon peel helps improve flavor.
Butter: A few tablespoons of butter, melt at the bottom of the pan, make the baker not stick to the pan, and add a great taste.

Dough: The dough for the cobbler is made from flour, sugar, milk, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. The combination of these ingredients, which are coated on blueberries creates delicious cake-like toppings with a slightly crispy crust and a soft central part. It reminded me of the kind of old Dutch oven baker.

HOW TO MAKE A BLUEBERRY COBBLER:

Prepare your skillet: Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F and cut the butter into parts. Add butter to a 9 × 13 inch pan. Place the pan in the oven when heated, let the butter melt. After melting, remove the pan from the oven.

Prepare blueberries: Add blueberries, sugar and skin into a bowl and stir to mix.

Prepare the mixture: Mix the ingredients together: flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Add milk, stir until well blended. Pour the blueberries over the melted butter in a skillet, drizzle the mixture on top, and sprinkle a little cinnamon.
Bake: Bake at 350 degrees for about 35-40 minutes, or until slightly golden on top.

Serve: Serve warm bread from the oven with a spoon of vanilla ice cream, if desired.

CAN I USE A FROZEN FRUIT TO MAKE A COBBLER?

Yes! Both blueberry baker recipes and my peach cobbler recipe can be made with fresh or frozen fruit. Frozen fruit does not even need to be completely thawed before use. It is likely that there will be a little extra juice from frozen fruit as a result of the melting process but that is absolutely fine! The extra liquid will make the shoemaker a little more syrupy and taste great.

Ingredients

• 4 cups blueberries (fresh or frozen)
• 1/2 cup granulated sugar
• 1 lemon zest teaspoon
• For the batter:
• 6 Tablespoons butter
• 1 cup of flour all-purpose
• 1 cup of granulated sugar
• 2 teaspoons of baking powder
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 3/4 cup milk
• ground cinnamon

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Butter into pieces and add to a 9x13 inch baking dish. Place the pan in the oven while it preheats, to allow the butter to melt. Once melted, remove the pan from the oven.

Add blueberries, sugar and zest to bowl and stir to combine.

A separate bowl mix together with batter ingredients: flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Stir in the milk, just until combined.

Pour blueberries over melted batter in pan. Drizzle batter over the top. Sprinkle with a little bit of cinnamon.

At 350 degrees for about 35-40 minutes, or until lightly golden on top.

Warm Serve, with a scoop of ice cream, if desired!
