THE BEST CLEAN EATING HEALTHY 1 MINUTE MUG CAKES AND MUFFINS

For those who need protein-recommendations
For this recipe, every time I try to use whey protein, it turns into hockey pucks. Even when I tried the underbake, it was still dry and tough. The THREE recommendations for my protein powder are as follows- vegan protein powder (vanilla or chocolate), protein powder Casein (vanilla or chocolate) and paleo protein powder (vanilla or chocolate). If you choose to use whey, you have been warned!
Beans / Seeds / Other Butters -
My two choices are fine almond butter and fine cashew butter. Both are lightweight and work well with all recipes. Peanut butter works the same way, but it feels too strong. You can use it, but make sure you really LOVE peanut butter! For those who are allergic to peanuts, I recommend sunflower seed butter, soybean butter, or wow butter. You can also use coconut oil, but this is best for VS brownies.
Other extra keys -
You will see most recipes using the same 'extra' ingredients in them - If you have coconut flour, almond flour, Saigon cinnamon, cocoa powder, chocolate chips (milk-free chips and sugar-free chips) and sweeteners of granules in hand, you will be well protected! Bonus? Also try having unsweetened apple sauce or canned pumpkin too!
DO NOT HAVE MICROWAVE? I GOTCHA CLOSED!
Each recipe below has been tested using a standard toaster oven and kitchen oven. While each link includes instructions for baking in the oven, I think I will make it easy and just share the standard method here- First, heat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and follow the proper preparation instructions such as microwave. Smear the safe ramekin in the microwave or a small bowl and bake for 12-15 minutes.
For those who want a super sticky mug / brownie / muffin cake, check it at 12 minutes, and until the skewers come out 'just' cooked.
For those who want a more tender mug / brownie / muffin cake, remove it from the mark 15 minutes until it expands and ripens.
